About DUCH – Handmade Leather Gear
We make BDSM gear from leather – bondage sets with collars and cuffs, single pieces, and whips. The goal is simple: create things that work well in real play, hold strong when needed, and feel right on the skin.
Nothing complicated – just functional tools that do their job without failing.

The Leather We Use
We only use vegetable-tanned calfskin. That means no chrome tanning, no synthetic substitutes, no cheap shortcuts. This leather breathes, rarely causes irritation, and over time it softens and adjusts to the wearer's body. It develops its own character (patina) the more you use it. With basic care – a wipe and occasional conditioning – it easily lasts many years. That's why we stick to it: you get something natural that improves with age instead of wearing out quickly.
How We Make It
Every important connection is either hand-stitched using the double saddle stitch technique or riveted with steel rivets.
We avoid glue and machine work because hand work is simply stronger and more reliable.
Yes, it takes more time and raises the price compared to factory methods, but the result is gear that doesn't break under load and can often be repaired if something wears out after years. In the end, you get something you can trust when it matters.
