About DUCH – Handmade Leather Gear
I make leather BDSM gear by hand - bondage sets with collars and cuffs, single pieces like wrist cuffs or collars, whips, and pretty much anything else you can imagine.
My goal is simple: create things that actually work in real play. They need to hold strong when it matters and feel good on the skin.

The Leather We Use
I only use vegetable-tanned calfskin. No chrome tanning, no synthetics, no cheap stuff. This leather breathes well, rarely causes irritation, and over time it softens and molds to the body. It develops a beautiful patina the more you use it. With just basic care a quick wipe and occasional conditioning, it can easily last many years. That’s why I chose it. You get something natural that actually gets better with age instead of falling apart.
How We Make It
Every important connection I either stitch by hand using double saddle stitch or rivet with solid steel rivets. I don’t use glue and I avoid machine stitching where strength matters.
Hand work simply holds up better and is much more reliable.
Yes, it takes more time and costs more than factory production. But in return you get gear that won’t let you down under pressure and that can usually be repaired if something eventually wears out after years of use.
You end up with something you can really trust.

Almost everything I make is fully custom. I build it from scratch for each order. In the shop I show some ready designs so you can get inspiration or pick something quickly. But they’re only starting points. Have your own idea, even a very unusual one? Just tell me what you want and I’ll make it exactly how you envision it. No factory parts, just good leather, solid hardware, and honest hand work.
